Moving to Orlando

We gonna be moving to Orlando in the next few days. A couple of weeks ago I got a very good job offer that I couldn't resist (details later). I convinced myself and Alison that it will be much better to live (and work) there then in Jacksonville.

For the folks in hungary it doesn't mean anything, i know but who ever got stuck in florida i k e a became a legend. A legend that grandparents passed over and over again through generations. Well, good news, last year it opened its gates to the public finally in orlando (which is in the middle of florida!). Please celebrate the historical moment with us as we paid a visit to the fantastic furniture store today . . .

the day after tomorrow I won't be in my 20s anymore. I'll be exactly 30 years old. my only promise was a tattoo for myself when i'm 30. since I couldn't find a usable one that's not gonna happen :D

bonsai is dead

our little bonsai tree died :( but another one showed up from the soil a couple of days ago . YAY!

YES. The Bonsai is indeeeeEEEd alive. Yesterday I noticed an itsy-bitsy-tiny green thingy coming out from the dirt ;)

First day at school . . .

People from all over the globe except from australia and the north pole. We had to take another english test. Never enough.

Probably the smallest present that I got this year is a Bonsai Tree. I should say, bonsai seed . . . it will take more than a year to grow it :) - stay tuned for more info ...  

it is christmas time, yet, again :)

Christmas should be the time of love and peace, however, our last couple of days were not without events.

I couldn't keep my promise from last year, which was to finish Christmas shopping in November :) so only had one day to buy presents for everybody. I had to do it good. Good and fast. As I was flying through the mall with bags in my hands realized that I could leave the stuff in my car and continue the hunting.

As soon as I stepped outside, recognized the well known mushroom-cloud, about 15 miles away from the shopping center, very VERY close to our neighbourhood.

"Did I forget to turn off the oven?" - ran through my head. But I did not bake anything on that morning. Shortly, after I put the bags in the car and headed back to the mall - "Calm as a Hindu cow" ;) 5 minutes later Alison called me and informed me that a Chemical Plant exploded on the other side of the bridge and they are evacuating the people in a 5 mile radius.

I, like a mad man, stormed out of the mall, texted mom that we are OK, pushed the metal to the pedal (or vica versa ;) and flew across the parking lot. I had a dog to save.

Long story short, fortunately the fire department was very successful and was able to put out the fire in a timely manner. We didn't have to leave the house. YAY!

new nikon, old piano

so many things happened in the past 2 moths, I don't even know where to start. first off, finally I got my new digital camera Nikon D70s so technically there is no limitation to my crazy ideas now ... the camera is awesome way too many buttons and settings. I'm reading the handbook like a magazine every day :)

I attended on HES' first art show (hosted at his house) please check out his work. His paintings definitely make your brain-gears turning.

By the way art: finally I uploaded my grandpa's video to uToob. Take a look at it as well :D


We got a piano. Stand-up-straight-piano or something like that. Long story short ... we got a piano ... YAY! I can play the moonlight sonata. the first 8 notes .... haha

Here is the first video (as far as I know!) from LEZ who dared to do something with Mr. Kodai's music ;) ( with a song called Gone). I know both of them for many years, they've been good friends of mine quite a while. In the first couple of seconds of the video I thought (just as was expected!) I'm gonna see a NIN type of clip. Well, surprisingly it's not the case. I really did enjoy it and I even showed it to Ali who quietly said: "It's different". Fortunately it IS different. Newly weds game

Yesterday was our first appearance on this very famous show. The only difference was that we played with our friends (mostly married) about 6 couples. Let me tell you folks WE DID RULE the whole game from the begining till the end. We knew everything: first date, first kiss, the most hated behaviours and clothing materials. That's what an hour in the immigration office with a straight faced officer does to a married couple. Oh, and by the way i love my mother in law but under the given circumstances she reminded me of a japanese rooster. Sorry ;)
